All briefs, executive summaries, LinkedIn posts, and publicly accessible pages on shadowdynamics.ai are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).
Under this license you are free to:
- Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
Under the following terms:
- Attribution — you must give appropriate credit to Shadow Dynamics, provide a link to shadowdynamics.ai, and indicate if changes were made. You must not suggest Shadow Dynamics endorses you or your use.
- NonCommercial — you may not use the material for commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, paid newsletters, consulting deliverables, investment research sold to clients, and inclusion in products or services generating revenue.
- NoDerivatives — if you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified material. Translations, summaries, and excerpts beyond short quotation are all considered derivatives.
Short quotations with attribution and a link back are always welcome. Anything more — reposting full briefs, translating, summarizing for commercial distribution, or training models on the content — requires a separate license.
2 · Paid content — all rights reserved
Subscriber-only content — including the Full Analysis section of each brief, paid Substack posts, scenario tables, and any material behind the paywall — is © 2026 Shadow Dynamics. All rights reserved.
Paid subscribers receive a personal, non-transferable right to read the content. Paid subscribers may not:
- Share access credentials or forward subscriber-only material to non-subscribers.
- Reproduce paid content in whole or in substantial part, in any medium, without prior written permission.
- Post paid content publicly, including on internal corporate networks, shared drives, or group chats.
- Use paid content as input to any machine-learning training pipeline or retrieval-augmented generation system.
- Extract and redistribute scenario tables, gap scores, or other structured outputs as standalone datasets.
Sharing a single article with one trusted colleague is not the target of this clause; systematic redistribution is.
3 · Commercial licensing
Commercial reuse is available on request. This includes:
- Syndication — republication of briefs (free or paid) in commercial newsletters, research platforms, or media outlets.
- Derivative works — translations, summaries, audio adaptations, or reformatted versions for internal distribution.
- Enterprise distribution — standing access for teams, integration into internal research portals, or inclusion in client-facing deliverables.
- Training data — use of Shadow Dynamics content to train or fine-tune machine-learning models, including retrieval, embedding, and generation systems.
- Event and media licensing — use of verdict lines, scenario outputs, or risk signals in conference presentations, podcast segments, or broadcast media.
Licensing inquiries should be directed through shadowdynamics.ai. Please describe the intended use, scale, and duration. Response typically within five business days.
Enforcement & notice
Shadow Dynamics monitors syndication and training-data use across major platforms. Unauthorized commercial reuse may be addressed through takedown notice, license retroactively, or both. For clearly accidental or fair-use edge cases, a direct message asking for clarification is always the first step.
